Cryogenic Piping Support System

• We produce the cryogenic pipe supports by combining the traditional urethane manufacturing technology and the pipe supports manufacturing technology of Korea Urethane Co., Ltd.
• They are applied mainly to the petrochemical, refinery and oil & gas projects and are generally used for liquefied gas production, transportation and distribution process.
• This process is mostly propane and butane (LPG), Methane (LNG), ethylene, nitrogen, ammonia, etc.
• The products of Korea Urethane work the best in maintaining the process temperature by blocking the thermal conduction and in supporting the pipe safety by maintaining the sufficient strength in the cryogenic condition.
• Korea Urethane not only provide the thermal insulation material but also diverse products from the basic hardware and insulation to support the pipe and attachments to spring hanger & support and the buffer products.

Rigid Polyurethane

Korea Urethane is manufacturing the best rigid polyurethane thermal insulation material with the foaming and mold technology achieved by decades of company history.

1. This is the thermal insulation material that can be used in the temperature range from 100℃ to -196℃.
2. It shows the excellent thermal insulation with the best thermal conductivity value compared to other materials having same thickness.
3. It has excellent waterproof effect by the low hygroscopic property showing the advantage in the humid environment.
4. Since it can be produced with high strength, it is good for application of plant structures.
5. As a foamed and hardened thermal insulation material, it can be manufactured and applied to complex space and do not have disadvantage of dust and product deformation.
